This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund for the services purchased on our platform.
We are committed to:
Delivering your order on time
Fulfilling all requirements provided in the order form
Assigning a qualified tutor or expert for the job
Ensuring originality and academic integrity of the content
Should we fail to meet any of these commitments, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the conditions below.
No tutor assigned yet: If we are unable to assign a tutor and the order is canceled, you will receive a 100% refund.
Tutor assigned, and less than 50% of the deadline has passed: Refund amount ranges from 100% to 75%, depending on the work completed and resource allocation.
Tutor assigned, and more than 50% of the deadline has passed: Refund ranges from 75% to 0%, depending on the progress of the order.
If the order is delivered after the deadline and has not been downloaded, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you have already downloaded the file, it will be considered used and ineligible for refund.
Delays caused by late submission of required resources/materials by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
We offer customized academic support based on your specifications. If you’re not satisfied:
You may request free corrections based on the revision period associated with your selected plan:
Limited Plan: 30 days
Standard Plan: 45 days
Premium Plan: 60 days
If you’re still unsatisfied after revision attempts, you may file a formal refund request within 7 days of final delivery, supported by documentary evidence (e.g. annotated feedback, comments, etc.).
If you believe the work contains plagiarism:
You must submit a third-party, verifiable plagiarism report within 72 hours of receiving the content.
If the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued.
Duplicate Order: Contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Verified duplicate orders will be 100% refunded.
Duplicate Payment: Extra payments made unintentionally will be fully refunded upon request.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Grades: We do not guarantee any grades or academic performance.
Change in Deadline: Refunds cannot be claimed if deadlines are changed after order placement.
Editing/Proofreading Services: As these services involve customer-provided content, refunds are not applicable.
Failure to Provide Required Proof: If no supporting documents are provided within the specified timeframes.
To be eligible for a refund:
Submit a complaint through your customer account dashboard.
Attach all relevant documentation or screenshots.
Ensure your request complies with the terms of this policy and our Terms of Use.
Allow us a minimum of 7 business days to evaluate your request and respond with a resolution.
Once a decision is communicated, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method or added to your Wallet Credits, as applicable.
All refund decisions are made in good faith based on the facts and evidence provided.
